1. Do I need an appointment?
While we do not require an appointment, it is highly recommended. If you call and schedule an appointment we can make sure that we have that time dedicated to your car, if you come in without an appointment, there is no guarantee that we will be able to look at your car that day for you.
2. Do you use factory parts?
Yes, we typically use only OE or OEM parts/fluids/filters during the repair of your vehicle, unless you ask us to use aftermarket parts to reduce the cost.
3. Do you carry parts in stock at your shop?
We don't have parts in stock, with the exception of a few very common items, but we do get 4 parts deliveries a day from our parts supplier. We can also get parts from out of town (in CA) within 1-2 days.
4. Can I buy parts from you?
Yes, if you want to purchase parts from us to do the repair on your own, we can help you with that. Keep in mind that the parts we sell have a manufacturer’s warranty only; we do not warranty the parts through our business.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We also accept cash, but we do not keep cash on hand, so if you would like to pay with cash please make sure you bring the EXACT amount at time of payment or you can let us know ahead of time so we can bring change for you.
6. What kind of cars can you work on?
We work on ALL makes and ALL models of vehicles, from BMW to Honda, and everything in between.
7. Can I provide my own parts?
Yes, if you would like to purchase your own parts for a repair you are welcome to do that. If you have questions on what parts and/or fluids to buy feel free to ask us.
8. Can I wait while you service my vehicle?
We always prefer that you leave the vehicle at our shop for all repairs, but we do understand that sometimes it’s not possible to leave, so for short services/repairs we do have a waiting room that you can stay in.
9. Can you do warranty repairs?
We are unable work with the original manufacturer's warranty. However, we are able to perform repairs covered under extended warranties and insurance claims.
10. Do you have loaner vehicles?
No, unfortunately at this time we are not able to provide loaner vehicles.
11. Are your technicians qualified to work on my vehicle?
We are currently a one technician shop. Yes, Andrew, the owner, is ASE Certified and has over 10 years of experience as a professional mechanic, and is factory trained by BMW & Toyota. He has years of experience in a dealership setting working for Toyota, Saturn, and BMW. He also has independent European repair shop experience working on high-end European vehicles.
12. If my vehicle is under warranty will I void it by servicing my vehicle with you instead of the dealership?
No, as long as factory approved products/procedures are used during the servicing of your vehicle you will not void your warranty.
